Technology is
a mirror of how we see people.
Every tool reflects its maker’s idea of what a human being is. Technology that measures people by efficiency will treat them that way. Technology that does not trust people will constrain them.
AI now speaks our languages and makes decisions on our behalf. So the question is no longer how clever it is, but how deeply it understands people. That is what we believe.
Beyond ease of use, all the way to the human heart. We keep learning about people through their hearts, languages, cultures and histories, and give that understanding shape with solid engineering. From one small company, we will take this work to the world.

Philosophy
Designed to the heart.
Beyond ease of use. We design for how people feel.
That is what technology means to us.
01 — QUESTION
Ask
Not “what can technology do?” but “what do people truly need?” Everything begins with that question. Before adding a feature, we ask whose day it will make better, and how.
02 — UNDERSTAND
Understand
Hearts, languages, cultures, histories. We keep learning why people feel and live the way they do. We think in the words of the people who use our tools, and test everything by using it ourselves, every day.
03 — BUILD
Build
We turn that understanding into AI and software that blend naturally into everyday life. We finish every detail, even the unseen ones, so our tools can be trusted for years.
VISION
From one company, to the world.
Starting from Tomoshibi LLC, we will first bring our own services to life, then expand step by step as each business grows.
PHASE 1 · NOW
Tomoshibi LLC
The parent of the group, building its own AI and software.
PHASE 2 · NEXT
Launching our own services
Starting with Private Concierge, we release the tools we have refined through daily use.
PHASE 3 · FUTURE
Growing each business
Businesses that have grown enough will be run as independent companies, as needed.
